Andrew Peterson - COO
Andrew has spent most of his career in the plastics toolmaking industry, with family-owned Pyramid Plastics and Industrial Molds serving as his playgrounds in his youth, and as the site of his summer jobs as a teenager. In 2008, Andrew graduated from Wright State University with a degree in finance and returned to what he knew best: the plastic industry. He has experienced almost every element of this family business, having worked on the shop floor, as a tool assembler, as the shop foreman, and ultimately as an account manager.
Today, Andrew leads the business in its third generation as the COO. He also serves as a board member on the American Mold Builders Association, and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his loving wife and two kids.
Tim Peterson - President
Tim truly has the heart and soul of a mold-maker, having spent most of his life within the walls of Industrial Molds. At age 10 he started sweeping the shop floor; by age 16, he became the company’s delivery boy. After high school, Tim began a four-year mold-making apprenticeship program, and in the ’90s took on the responsibility of lead toolmaker. He expanded his knowledge of molds, components, mold-fitting, and other aspects of quality in mold-making through his tenure in quality control and account management. On his journey as a second-generation leader, Tim has served as both vice president and, now, president for this family-owned business.
Always eager to share his knowledge of mold-making and the business aspects of running a mold manufacturing company, Tim has been active in the industry in many ways over the years, including serving as a board member of the American Mold Builders Association.
Jim Hart - Director of New Business Development
Jim Joins us with over 30 years in sales with the last 14 in consumer goods working with retailers around the globe. He has demonstrated years of success and growing businesses in each step of his career by driving results and maintaining strong relationships with vendor and customers. His focus on building relationships, excellent interpersonal skills along with his balance of Strategic and tactical skills have made him a standout in sales. As the director of new business development, Jim will be is responsible for business development with both current under-served clients and new accounts.

Randell Hanson - Director of Engineering / Account Manager
With nearly 30 years of experience in the plastics industry, Randy has held roles from process engineer to product engineer to program manager. Randy has served Industrial Molds in many capacities; as director of engineering and account management, Randy has helped develop the teams and systems that make us an industry leader. His focus is on keeping us on the cutting edge of technologies while maintaining our high quality standards.
Becca Peterson - Director of Sales
Becca brings with her 10 years of sales account management experience in manufacturing, previously staffing companies including Pyramid Plastics and Industrial Molds. Throughout her career, she has led new business development initiatives and earned the spot as a top-grossing sales executive, handling approximately 12 million in sales per year. She holds her Bachelor of Arts from Wright State University. Becca gives back to the community by serving on multiple non-profit committees and manufacturing boards. In 2020, she was given the Greater Beloit Chamber NextGen award. Becca has 2 kids, a loving husband and an energetic Goldendoodle named Maddie.
